Industrial Heaters

We manufacture and export a comprehensive range of industrial heaters that are used to heat air for dying. Our range of industrial heaters includes electrical heater, thermic fluid heater and direct oil fired heater or an indirect oil fired heater.

• Nitrogen based drying medium for drying of materials dissolved inorganic solvents.

Powder Separation Unit

We have designed powder separation unit that can be provided with single point (collection under cyclone) or two point (under chamber and cyclone). In this process primary separation of the product takes place in the drying chamber. Further, a high efficiency cyclone is used for powder separation from the air. For secondary collection, a multi- cyclone, bag filter or a wet scrubber can be used to get optimum results. The system can also be enabled with a pneumatic conveying system for cooling or single point collection of powder can be supplied.
